REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY
Horizon Firearms takes great pride in the quality of both our products and our customer service. If you have an issue with a product that we have built, we would appreciate the opportunity to come up with a satisfying solution.
If an item was not delivered in “as described” or “as guaranteed” condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of receipt of item. Refund will be issued after item is returned and inspected for condition. Shipping cost may or may not be refunded dependent on the situation.
We want our customers to be pleased with their Horizon Firearms experience. If for any reason you have a problem, please feel free to call our office and discuss it with us. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs. All returns must have prior approval from Horizon Firearms and will be assigned an RA number and paperwork to go with the return. Returns must be received no later than 10 business days from date of RA and will be inspected for condition before any refund or exchange occurs.
Cancellation of non-rifle orders may be done via email or by calling one of our customer service representatives. You may cancel a custom rifle order, but the initial 50 percent deposit is non-refundable after 3 business days of receipt of down payment. We understand that individual situations may vary, so please contact our customer service department to discuss cancellation options.
A Horizon Firearms rifle comes with a 1-year warranty for the original purchaser. Warranty does not cover parts that are not manufactured by Horizon Firearms or any problems caused by user neglect. We guarantee our rifles to shoot .5 MOA and will honor that guarantee by working with you and the rifle to ensure you have a premier shooting experience.
