Return Policy 
All sales of ammunition are final. Due to Department of Transportation regulations, we cannot accept returns on ammunition. We want our customers to be pleased with their purchases. If for any reason you have a problem, please feel free to call our offices to discuss it with us. 
 
Shipping Restrictions
Horizon Firearms does not sell internationally or to residents in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Washington D.C. Horizon Firearms cannot ship ammunition to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, international addresses, or U.S. Territories. Check your local laws of your area for any other laws or regulations before ordering. All documents may be sent to support@texasammunition.com 
 

Connecticut 

Please send a scanned or clear photograph of your current CT state-issued photo ID and one of the following Permits below. Copies must be current, valid, & completely legible. 
-Permit to carry Pistols or Revolvers 
-Valid Eligibility Certificate for a Pistol or Revolver 
-Valid Long Gun Eligibility Certificate 
-Valid Ammunition Certificate 
For security purposes, we are only able to ship ammunition to the address specified in one of these documents. 
 
Illinois 

Please send a scanned or clear photograph of your current and valid FOID card, along with an IL state-issued photo ID. Copies must be current, valid, & completely legible.

Rhode Island 
Please send a scanned or clear photograph of your current RI state-issued photo ID and one of the following Permits below. Copies must be current, valid, & completely legible. 
-Hunter Education Course Card: Rhode Island Hunter Education Course Card issued by the Department of Environmental Management. 
-Pistol/revolver safety certificate: Holder of a valid pistol/revolver safety certificate. 
-Concealed Carry Permit: License or permit to carry concealed pistol or revolver 
-Pistol/Revolver License or Permit issued by Attorney General: General: License or permit issued by attorney general on showing of need (a) The attorney general may issue a license or permit to any person twenty-one (21) years of age or over to carry a pistol or revolver, whether concealed or not, upon his or her person upon a proper showing of need. 
For security purposes, we are only able to ship ammunition to the address specified in one of these documents. 

 
Age Requirement 

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 years of age or older to purchase handgun ammunition.
