Iota EKO X Carbon stock finished in Horizon’s Sagebrush coating, a textured pattern combining olive green with tan and black accents.

Optic Mounting

Equipped with a Stiller Actions 20 MOA Picatinny optic rail for the Stiller Hyrax short action, installed from the factory.

Accuracy

Horizon Firearms builds all rifles to achieve a standard of 0.5 MOA when using factory ammunition and from a stable shooting platform.

What magazine pattern does the Vandal X use, and what capacities are supported?

The Vandal X ships with AICS-pattern magazines in its SBM bottom metal. It comes with a 5-round AICS magazine, and is compatible with standard capacity AICS mags (e.g., 7- and 10-round) from manufacturers that follow the AICS spec.

What accessory mounting solution is integrated into the Vandal X?

The Vandal X comes with an integrated Picatinny rail on the underside of the stock. 

What trigger characteristics should I expect out of the box?

We set the TriggerTech Primary Curved Shoe trigger from our factory between 2.0 - 2.8 lbs, but it can be adjusted for 1.5 - 4.0 lbs.
