What is the difference between the Vandal DM and the Venatic DM?

The Vandal DM features a premium steel barrel, Stiller Hyrax action, and a TriggerTech Primary curved trigger in a fixed XLR Element 4.0 chassis, weighing approximately 8 lbs 13 oz. The Venatic DM uses a Proof Research carbon barrel, DLC-coated Stiller Wombat action, a TriggerTech Diamond flat trigger, and a folding magnesium chassis, coming in lighter at approximately 6 lbs 10 oz.

What level of real-world accuracy can shooters expect with factory ammunition?

Horizon Firearms builds all of our rifles to achieve a standard of 0.5 MOA when using factory ammunition. For best results, we recommend testing rifle accuracy from a stable shooting platform.

What trigger characteristics should I expect out of the box?

We set the TriggerTech Primary Curved Shoe trigger from our factory between 2.0 - 2.8 lbs, but it can be adjusted for 1.5 - 4.0 lbs.
